Practice comes best when consistent, there have been suggestions of an abdomial sequence. Since all work is progessive I would like to see how we can manage a 5 day sadhana working the center of the body to find our strength.
Starting June 19- June 23 from 7- 8 am (hopefully this works for those of you who work in the mornings)
