One of the most popular needs for a Kettlebell Instructor of group classes is learning how to design fast, efficient and fun workouts and programs for students and clients of all levels of skill and fitness. This programming can be implemented immediately, and can easily transfer to training one on one clients, or in one's own individual exercise program.
We will cover:
What is Swing only training, why you should do it, and how to begin.

The Swing's basic swing progressions and how to apply them to the previous workouts (3 + routines)
What you thought you knew about the KB swing, but not really! My methods of how to change the intensity of the kettlebell swing in order to create unlimited variables in any one workout, for all levels of students. How use and incorporate corrections and technique drills making practice a workout in itself!..
Q & A No more swings!
The difference between exercising and training....some people just want to workout!
Ideas on how to design and program monthly training cycles so students and clients can track progress.
Who is your customer? How to and what to charge for Swing Classes.
There is no better way to learn than to expereince! Expect to practice hundreds, if not 1000's of swing reps. As stated in the description above, this is a «hands on» workshop, and over the course of the 3 hours we will be doing the workouts, in whole, or in part, that are included in Programming The Swing Manual.
One Hour SwingLean
One Hour SwingLean is exactly that! 60 minutes of choreographed swing training! This class is appropriate to students and participants that are confident in the skill of the kettlebell swing, it is not open to beginners because of the high volume and workloads.
The One Hour SwingLean workout may include introducing or revisiting exercises or drills that reinforce practicing and improving swing technique and form, all the while having fun and benefiting all participants. Students can expect to complete over 800 swing reps, many times exceeding 1000 depending on the combined experience of the group.
Just come swing your butt off!

Given the title of «Queen of the Kettlebell Swing» by Pavel Tsatsouline her story was first published in Vitalics Magazine, and then featured in Tim Ferriss's New York Times Best Seller «The Four Hour Body».
Tracy Reifkind is the author of her own book, «The Swing, Lose the Fat and Get Fit» (Harper One 2013), as well as producing 8 kettlebell swing workout DVD's and best selling Instructional DVD, «Mastering the Hardstyle Swing» with her husband Mark.
