We all want to be happy and have peace of mind. But we are often overrun with thoughts and emotions that make us suffer. Through meditation, we can work on these emotions that disrupt us and cultivate more satisfying inner states, to move towards greater harmony with oneself and with others. In this 11 week course series, you will learn methods to get to this state.
Each course first includes explanations of a subject of meditation on calm abinding according to Tibetan philosophy, followed by a period of meditation in silence. LIMITED PLACES.
